The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) and the Toronto Public Library are working together to provide a complimentary PRESTO card to people who do not yet have one or may face challenges purchasing one.
Complimentary PRESTO cards are available at select Toronto Public Library branches (limit two per family). A brochure will be provided with each PRESTO card outlining how to load the card with funds or a monthly pass and how to use it when travelling on the TTC.

Physical PRESTO cards can be purchased for $4 at other locations including in select retail locations or in fare vending machines in all TTC subway stations.
