1075 Bay Street Community Consultation

This event has already taken place.

The City has received development application at 1075 Bay Street. The proposed development a 62 storey mixed-use building with 738 dwelling units. The application also proposes to not replace the required 12,100 m2 of non-residential space and instead proposes 705 m2. A 265 m2 privately owned public space is proposed on the southeast side of the site.
