As your councillor, enhancing equitable access to recreation facilities has been a key priority. Just like you, I value the Moss Park Arena, our only indoor arena downtown, along with the vibrant outdoor Ice Rink in Regent Park.
The Access to Recreation Program has increased access to swimming lessons and facilities for local students at Winchester, Sprucecourt, Nelson Mandela, and Lord Dufferin schools.

The City has invested of $1,000,000 in Dixon Hall Recreation Centre.
Toronto now has a new Encampment Protocol with a multi-divisional approach to respond to the complex needs of those living outdoors.
The Ontario Line will be downtown Toronto’s most significant new infrastructure in decades, with three new subway stations to open in Toronto Centre in 2031.
One of my priorities is using under-utilized City lands for deeply affordable housing, as part of a comprehensive plan to increase supportive and affordable housing in Toronto Centre.
With the new Public Developer Delivery Model for housing, the City is working to increase supply of public, not for profit & co-op homes being built on city-owned lands.
