115 Jarvis Street Community Consultation

This event has already taken place.

The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application for 115 Jarvis Street to amend the Zoning By-law to permit a 50-storey mixed-use building. This application includes 596 new dwelling units, 86 sq m of retail space, 528 bicycle parking spaces and 142 parking spaces.
