137-141 Isabella Street Community Consultation

This event has already taken place.

The City has received development application at 137-141 Isabella Street. The proposed development is a 69-storey residential building, containing 823 new dwelling units, including 61 rental replacement units. The proposed redevelopment consists of a total of 50,463.1 sq. m of gross floor area.

Drawings and submission materials provided by the applicant in support of the proposal can be accessed at the City's Application Information Centre.
