15 Toronto Street Community Consultation
The City has received development application at 15 Toronto Street. The proposed development is for a proposed 53-storey residential/mixed-use building comprised of approximately 25,144 square metres of gross floor area (GFA), comprised of 24,996 square metres of residential GFA, including 763 square metres for affordable rental housing, 148 square metres of retail use space: approximately 394 residential units, 13 net new affordable rental units, with 434 bike parking.
