1 Sumach Street Virtual Community Consultation

The City has received development application at 1, 2-16 Sumach Street and 90 Eastern Avenue. The proposed development is two mixed use buildings of 59 and 55 storeys, containing 1,284 dwelling units and 1,895 square metres of non-residential gross floor area.
