237-253 Victoria Street Community Consultation Meeting
This community consultation meeting will feature two seperate development applications. 237-253 Victoria Street will be held betwen 5:30pm and 6:30pm. 137-149 Church Street will be held between 6:30pm and 8:30pm.
The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application for 237-253 Victoria Street to amend the Official Plan to permit a 0-metre north tower setback at 237 Victoria Street and a maximum 30-metre height limit at 249-253 Victoria Street. This application is subject to a previous official plan and zoning by-law amendment for a 24-storey building at 237 Victoria Street that was appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal in 2023. An issue on appeal was involving the norht tower setback, which is now before the tribunal. This application brings 249 and 251-253 Victoria Street into the proposed Official Plan amendment.

Drawings and submission materials provided by the City in support of the proposal can be accessed at www.toronto.ca/237to253VictoriaSt
