239-247 Yonge Street Community Consultation
The City has received development application at 239-247 Yonge Street. The proposed development is for a proposed 67-storey residential/mixed-use building comprised of approximately 48,451 square metres of gross floor area (GFA), comprised of 787 square metres of non-residential uses at grade. The site is directly across from the Eaton Centre’s main galleria pedestrian entrance, with a total of 774 residential units proposed.
