The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division is leading a City-initiates reviewing an application at 27 Grosvenor Street and 26 Grenville Street to amend the Section 37 Agreement of By-law to reduce the size of the child-care centre previously approved, while increasing capacity to 62 children (from 49). In 2021, City Council approved two towers on this site of 32 and 46 storeys in height, connected by a shared podium. The proposal includes 770 rental dwelling units, of which 231 will be affordable rental units; a 699 square metre child care facility; a 2,081.2 square metre fitness club; and 445.4 square metres of retail on the ground level.
