The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application to permit a mixed-use building at 329-337 Queen Street East and 135R-141 Berkeley Street. This proposal is for a 49-storey mixed-use building with 545 units and 470 sq m. 51 car parking spaces and 557 bike parking spaces would be provided. The application also proposes closing a public lane, and dedicating a 300 sq m park to the City.
