405 Sherbourne Street Community Consultation

This City-initiated 2025 proposal consists of a single building articulated as two towers, rising to 26 and 35 storeys on a two-storey podium. The 2025 Proposal delivers a total Gross Floor Area of 24,924 square metres, comprising 24,695 square metres of residential GFA and 229 square metres of non-residential GFA. In total, the 2025 Proposal will include 301 rental units in a mix of mostly large-scale unit types. Compared to the 2021 approval, the 2025 Proposal increases residential GFA and provides 34 additional affordable rental units.
