500 Dundas Street East Community Consultation
The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application for 500 Dundas Street East to amend the Zoning By-law to permit a 35-storey mixed use building at 500 Dundas Street East. 413 Dwelling units are proposed, with 246 square metres of commerical space, 89 vehicle parking spaces and 228 bicycle parking spaces.
