530-550 Yonge Street Community Consultation

The City has received development application at 530-550 Yonge Street. The proposed development is for a proposed 67-storey residential/mixed-use building comprised of approximately 52,086 square metres of gross floor area (GFA), comprised of 51,075 square metres of residential GFA, 543 square metres of grade-related retail space and 469 square metres of community cultural space.Approximately 860 residential units are proposed with parking and loading access from St. Luke Lane.
