59-65 Adelaide Street East Community Consultation

The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application for 59 to 65 Adelaide Street East to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a 63-storey mixed use building with approximately 357 residential dwelling units, 702 square metres of non-residential gross floor area, zero car and 201 bike parking spaces.
