64-66 Wellesley Street and 552-570 Church Street Community Consulation

The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application for 64-66 Wellesley Street & 552-572 Church Street to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a 36-storey mixed-use building. 431 residential dwelling units (including 65 rental replacement units), 870 m2 of non-res GFA on the ground floor, and 101 car parking spaces and 388 bike parking spaces are proposed.
