761 Dundas Street East Community Consultation
The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application to permit two 48-storey mixed-use buildings at 761 Dundas Street East. The application proposes 1,197 new dwelling units, 1,331 sq m of non-residential space, 1,332 bike parking spaces and 366 parking spaces. It also proposes a new 729 sq m park.
