77 Howard Street Community Consultation
The City has received development application at 77 Howard Street. The proposed development would permit a 38-storey mixed-use building at 77 Howard Street while maintaining the existing 24-storey rental apartment building on the site. 456 residential units would be created with 66 parking spaces and 513 bike parking spaces. A new 686 square metre park at the northeast corner of the site.
