79, 81, and 93 Ontario Street Community Consultation
The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application for 79, 81, and 93 Ontario Street to amend the Zoning By-law to permit a 16-storey mixed-use building. This application includes 98 new dwelling units, 78 sq m of retail space, 110 bicycle parking spaces and two visitor parking spaces.
