90-94 Isabella Street Community Consultation
The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application for 90-94 Isabella Street to amend the Zoning By-law to permit a residential building with a height of 228.1 metres (69 storeys, inclusive of the mechanical penthouse). In 2023, City Council approved a 69-storey (220.6 metres) building on this site, albeit with significantly different tower setbacks to the current proposal.
