Participatory Budgeting In-Person Voting (Front Street Promenade)

Participatory Budgeting (PB) is a system of direct democracy where residents suggest and then vote on how funds are spent within their community. Each year, different neighbourhoods will be selected based on the availability of Community Benefits Funds, the capacity of city staff and my team, and active capital projects already underway. This year, selected clusters of neighbourhoods are Cluster 1 (Bay Cloverhill, Bloor East, and Church Wellesley), Cluster 5 (St. Lawrence), and Cluster 6 (Canary District, Corktown, and Distillery District). 

I invite you to bring a piece of ID with your address, a utility bill or proof of your residential address to come join us and vote for your neighbourhood's projects! Each project has a cost value, and each resident has a budget of $750,000 to select projects from a 1-voting ballot.
