The Pride & Remembrance Run is a 5km fundraising event organized by the Pride and Remembrance Association, promoting community spirit, goodwill, and sportsmanship within Toronto’s 2SLGBTQ+ community. Established in 1996, it is the only athletic event during Pride Week and the largest pride run in Canada. Participants can run or walk 5km or 3km, with all charitable pledges benefiting selected community charities. The Pride and Remembrance Association, a volunteer-run nonprofit, is dedicated to supporting Toronto’s 2SLGBTQ+ community. The event emphasizes volunteerism and fosters inclusivity, making it a fun and meaningful annual tradition.
