TC Talks: Tenant Rights on June 10

Join me and a panel of experts on June 10 for an in-depth discussion about tenant rights and advocacy. Our esteemed panel includes Stacey Semple, Downtown ACORN Leader at ACORN Canada, Alana Ruiz, Divisional Engagement Lead at RentSafeTO, Suchana Sundararajan, Staff Housing Lawyer at Neighbourhood Legal Services, and Drew Dyce, Trusteeship at Neighbourhood Information Post.

Renters deserve safe, affordable and secure housing. But with complex laws and regulations, it can be challenging to know our rights. How can you advocate for yourself and your community? What are your rights when it comes to rent control, eviction protection and maintenance standards? How can we build a stronger, more equitable housing system in Toronto?

Join us at TC Talks: Tenant Rights to explore these questions and more. Our panelists will share their expertise, and you'll have the chance to ask questions, share your experiences, and learn how to navigate tenant advocacy.

What: TC Talks: Tenant Rights
When: June 10, 6:00pm to 8:00pm
