In 2024, the community voted to allocate $75,000 in Section 37 community benefits through Participatory Budgeting to initiate a pilot project aimed at beautifying our beloved Winchester Park. The mosaics, to be installed by Redefine Arts, will not only enhance the park's appearance but also provide much-needed seating areas. With four clusters of Armour Stone seating, residents will have a cozy spot to relax and enjoy the art throughout the year.
