The Friends of Allan Gardens recently unveiled a transformative plan to double the current size of the Allan Gardens greenhouses and revitalize the surrounding parkland to create a truly global year-round destination.
By connecting the currently disconnected greenhouse wings, building sustainably to the highest environmental standards, showcasing biodiversity and Canadian landscapes, further embracing Indigenous knowledge, voices, and relationships, and creating more hands-on experiential learning opportunities for children and youth, they will grow the impact of Allan Gardens and create a place where community connections flourish.
