The Bay Cloverhill community consists mainly of condominiums and apartment buildings with commercial businesses along Yonge Street and Bay Street. The University of Toronto with associated educational uses and Women's College Hospital dominate the area west of Bay. The majority of residents are students or seniors, who enjoy the convenience and variety of downtown living. The Bay Cloverhill Community Association is a volunteer grassroots organization dedicated to improving the neighbourhood for its residents.
Every year I host six Neighbourhood Town Halls in the fall to provide updates to the local community and give residents a chance to ask direct questions. There are three left, one at Central Neighbourhood House on October 15, one at the 519 Community Centre on October 23 and a virtual town hall on November 4. Registration is encouraged, with details below.
