An important part of the City’s legacy from the pandemic is the current conversion of several former hotels into affordable and supportive housing.
The first phase of the Bond Place Hotel conversion is now complete, with the first move-ins to take place presently. Phase 1 consists of ninety-two units of supportive housing, with 188 more units of affordable and supportive housing to come in Phase 2.
